No.  Our units are not to be moved by your vehicles of any kind or by hand.  Since they are our pride assets and we’re responsible for them, we ensure all mobility needs will be done by our personnel only at your location and done quickly.

Yes, our refrigerated trailers are secured upon delivery and cannot be moved without one of our delivery trucks. Once the cooler or freezer is on your site, you will need to add your own lock to the back door. Our team does not need a key to the trailer. Only you and your approved personnel have access.

Our sales team contact will work with you on resolving any issues regarding your unit.  Most times of operation if there is an overload on your unit, our built-in safety switch will automatically cut the connection, but will return back in 1 minute.  This can not be overridden.

We typically deliver up to 200 miles from our six locations in Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas and Florida. Please contact us to confirm that we can delivery to your location.

Our global headquarters is located in Richfield, Ohio. We have also have six locations in the following cities: Orlando, Pompano Beach, Myrtle Beach, South Rogers, and Charlotte.

We have simplified the process of getting a temporary walk-in cooler or freezer to your site by handling all the logistics ourselves. We will deliver your SIM Cooler Trailer and connect it to any nearby standard 110 Volt 20 amp plug. Within a few hours, it will reach your desired temperature. You keep the trailer for as long as you need it, then call us for pickup once you’re done.

Each unit requires about 30 minutes to setup. Once setup is complete, your unit will be at the desired temperature and ready for in minimal time. If you let us know the day before delivery, we can pre-cool your unit so that it is ready for use even faster. Of course, you don’t need to wait for the unit to reach operating temperature to start moving supplies into the trailer. However, it will take longer to reach the desired temperature with the doors open.
